These Terms of Service govern your use of the marketing automation and lead generation services provided by Kevin Day AI. By purchasing our services or accessing our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
We provide digital infrastructure for lead generation, including custom funnel builds, AI-driven workflows, and automated appointment setting. Service implementation begins within 24 hours of a successful setup fee payment.
3. Fees
Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $497 CAD is required to begin the construction of your custom lead engine.
Subscription: Ongoing platform access and maintenance are billed at $97 CAD per month.
Currency: All prices and transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
4. Cancellation and Refunds
30-Day Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the infrastructure we build within the first 30 days of service, you are eligible for a 100% refund of both the setup fee and your first month's subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the creative assets, funnel designs, and specific workflow configurations developed for your business. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our proprietary automation platform for as long as your subscription remains active.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the necessary business information, brand assets, and access to relevant third-party tools (e.g., calendars or email accounts) required for us to build and maintain your systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kevin Day AI provides the infrastructure to facilitate lead generation. We do not guarantee specific sales volumes or revenue targets, as these outcomes depend on your industry, market conditions, and your internal sales processes.
8. Governing Law
You are responsible for providing the necessary business information, brand assets, and access to relevant third-party tools (e.g., calendars or email accounts) required for us to build and maintain your systems.
