WHY CHOOSE US
1. Software Subscriptions (SaaS)
Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
Annual Plans: Refund requests for annual plans will be considered if made within seven (7) days of the initial purchase. Approved refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, minus any applicable setup or processing fees.
2. Setup and Professional Services
One-Time Setup Fees: Setup fees, including custom automation builds, website design, and AI integration services, are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is due to the immediate allocation of developer time and technical resources.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To cancel your service or request a refund review, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include your name, account email, and the reason for your request.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. We view the filing of a chargeback as a final measure and reserve the right to terminate the account and any associated services immediately upon the receipt of a dispute.
